Up and running in four steps

  1. Install Geeky Bot from WordPress.org on a store with WooCommerce active.

  2. Open the Setup screen. It checks your store and walks you through seven steps, including the product search index.

  3. Choose how answers are written. Local mode uses no AI and costs nothing. Zywrap or OpenAI write fuller replies from the same store data.

  4. Try it before shoppers do with the Guided Demo, which builds example questions from your own products.

Common tasks

Connect ZywrapCreate a free Zywrap account from wp-admin with a 6-digit code, or connect one you have.
Answer shipping and returns questionsPick the pages the chat may quote, and see what it says when a page doesn't cover a question.
