Chat History In The GeekyBot!

To access the chat history page, navigate to the Admin Dashboard –> Dashboard Menu –> Chat History –> click on Chat History from your admin dashboard. All the conversations between the user and the chatbot are listed on the chat history page. The admin can view the chat history by selecting a conversation from the list.

Search

The search bar at the top allows admins to quickly locate a specific user by name, useful in high-traffic environments where many conversations are stored.

Chat History

The Chat History section allows admins to review past conversations between users and the chatbot. As shown in the interface, it provides a clear and organized view of previous interactions, including sender information, timestamps, and messages.

On the left-hand side, the interface lists all users who have interacted with the chatbot, including their usernames, user IDs, and the timestamps of their last interactions. This makes it easy to identify and filter through multiple users.

Once a user is selected from the list, their detailed chat history appears on the right side. It includes the Sender, Message, and Action columns, making it easy to distinguish between user inputs and bot responses. This layout gives the admin a comprehensive view of the full dialogue, which can be useful for debugging conversation flows or evaluating chatbot performance. If the history is not selected, the interface guides the admin with a placeholder message, as seen in the image.
