AI Provider In The GeekyBot!

AI Provider

From your admin dashboard, navigate to the Admin Dashboard –> Dashboard Menu –> AI Settings –> AI Provider. On the AI Provider page, you will find an option for the admin to manage the AI Provider.

The AI Provider feature in GeekyBot allows you to select the service that powers your chatbot’s responses. All available AI providers are listed in the drop-down field. AI Providers are GeekyBot Chat, Dialogflow, OpenAI, and OpenRouter. Each provider offers different capabilities and customization options, allowing for flexibility in building an intelligent, responsive bot.

GeekyBot Chat: If you choose GeekyBot Chat, the system will default to its built-in conversational engine for generating chatbot replies.

Dialogflow: It is ideal for structured, intent-based conversational flows, often used in customer support.

OpenAI: It is known for generating highly flexible and human-like responses, which are suitable for general-purpose virtual assistants or content generation tasks.

OpenRouter: Can be used as a bridge to route queries to different AI models, offering greater control and scalability for enterprise needs.

After selecting the AI Provider from the combo box, click on the “Save AI Provider” button. AI Provider has been successfully saved.
